The Michigan Pet Alliance is excited to announce SB 106, a bill a bill to create Michigan's first pet license plate to help fund spay/neuter initiatives and training programs for animal shelters across the state, has been introduced by bill sponsors Senators Dayna Polehanki (District 5) and Paul Wojno (District 10).
